In my experience we get a request like this every week or so. Were we to claim to do this it would take  very little time before we would have pages of parts that we are "keeping an eye out for." Fact is, we don't have the time to do this, nor the mechanism to ensure that everyone can even recognize the parts, or if they did, who they tell and how, who get's to put in extra time contacting the person, and how we flag/reserve the part(s) until the person comes in to get it.

So I would say if anyone wants to do this as a personal favour to specific individuals then that is all well and good, but that the Recyclore policy should be (and I believe is) that we don't do this.
